No Hassle Returns & Exchanges
Our no hassle returns and exchange policy gives you a full 14 days from recieving your order to return or exchange any items. As long as the item is unused and unwashed in completely resellable condition, we will take it back.
If you simply ordered the wrong size, we will swap it out for you no questions asked. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue you both a store credit for the full amount along with a discount code to use on your next purchase!
If you are returning the item for a refund, a store credit will be issued. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued. In order to keep our prices low, we can only accept undamaged returns. Damaged items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items damaged due to shipping will be immediately replaced free of charge.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for any returns. In the event of a return or exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you!
Gift Certificates are not refundable under any circumstances.
Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA number before sending a return in order to expedite the process. We will e-mail you a return shipping label to make the process easier for you.
Free Shipping Policy
In the event that we are offering free shipping on all orders, Spread the Good Life shall have the sole discretion in shipping method. Typically most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, but may also ship via First Class or Pacel Post. Expedited and paid shipping options are always available.
Order Status
Please login to your account on our website to check the current status of your order. Orders that are received with a complete payment will be marked as “processing.” Once your order is shipped, your order status will be change to “shipped,” and you will be e-mailed a tracking or confirmation number if available. Donation Information
Spread the Good Life pledges to donate one item to the World Vision Organization for each item that is purchased by a customer. The donated goods will be in the form of t-shirts unless stated otherwise, and will be donated in bulk shipments on a monthly or quarterly basis. If you would like more information regarding our donations or our cause, please feel free to contact us directly.
Shipping Methods and Information
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail (2-3 days), however free shipping items may arrive via Parcel Post (2-9 days). International orders will ship via Priority, Parcel, or Fist Class Mail.Only express mail shipments will receive a tracking number. All shipments will receive a delivery confirmation number. All orders ship directly from our Irvine location within 24 hours of ordering. Local pick-up is not currently available.
Payment Methods
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards are all accepted. We also offer payment via paypal. Checks and cashier’s checks will also be accepted via mail, but please note that your order will not ship until all payments have cleared.
Sizing Information
We do our best to provide you the available sizing information for each clothing brand. Please click the link in each product description to view the applicable sizing. While our guides are typically very accurate in sizing, we realize that the nature of online shopping may lead to ordering merchandise that does not fit as desired. Please try on all merchandize immediately and follow our no hassle return policy to exchange it for the correct size. Merchandise that has been worn or washed may become subject to a restocking fee.
Ordering Process and Tracking Numbers
When purchasing from Spread the Good Life, you are ordering through our secure, authorized website. Once your order is placed, you will receive and automated invoice to confirm your order and payment. Your order will then be forwarded to our shipping department who will ship the item directly from our warehouse. Once your item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking or confirmation number if it is available.
Price Matching
At Spread the Good Life, we pride ourselves not only in offering quality products, but also in offering them at the best prices around. If you find any of our products advertised at a lower regular retail price, please contact us and we will do our best to match or beat that price!
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax only within our resident state of business. Therefore, all order shipping within California will be charged a 8.75% sales tax (as of April 1, 2009).
Product Listings
In the event of a typographical error in pricing or information, Spread the Good Life shall have the sole discretion to cancel or change any order. We will contact you if we find an error in your order and will immediately correct or remove the information. |
